This time of year brings the opportunity to reflect on the year you’ve just been through and look forward to the year you’re about to enter into. It always gives me a moment to pause and to be thankful for the things we have and the clients we serve — the new customers as well as our long-time clients.
The mission of TCT is to improve the lives of compliance professionals. It’s inspiring to see how active our user community has become over the years. We see everything from new feature requests to customer referrals to enthusiastic product feedback. Our customers often seek us out at conferences, and many of them have become good friends.
It’s rewarding to know that you’re making your customers’ lives better.
TCT Has the Best Customers
2024 was a busy year. We overhauled multi-factor authentication on the platform and integrated the new version of PCI DSS 4.0.1. We’ve also continued to make mass updates to TCT Portal, most of which were inspired by our very active user base.
We take customer feedback seriously and we’re constantly listening to their input and experiences. I can’t tell you how much it means to us that our customers show so much investment into the platform. Thank you for your partnership.

Serving You Better Than Ever
One of the challenges of a growing company is to step back and take inventory of performance improvement opportunities. We did a lot of that in 2024, especially in Q4, with a focus on streamlining our platform delivery times. As a result, we’re providing even better service to customers, with greater responsiveness than before.
Upcoming Innovations in 2025
While we spent much of our efforts on improving what we already do, we also kept an eye on opportunities for innovation. In cybersecurity and compliance, it’s important to understand exactly what artificial intelligence can and cannot do. We’ve been the leaders of automated intelligence since the TCT Portal went live in 2015. It appears much of what has been labeled as AI in compliance management by others is frequently nothing more than fancy automation.
In 2025, as AI’s capabilities have matured, TCT will unveil true AI into our compliance software. In the next year, expect TCT Portal to provide AI-powered capabilities in an effort to better empower our users to make the best use of both automation and artificial intelligence.
We don’t provide a compliance management platform that you have to conform to. Instead, TCT Portal was built from the ground up to be configured to the way you run your compliance. However you prefer to do your engagements, TCT Portal will fit in place and deliver unparalleled efficiencies.
That means less compromise for you and greater freedom to operate the way you want.
In 2024, TCT Portal was able to provide greater benefits to global companies, as our footprint in Europe and other continents has continued to grow. That means multinational organizations can use TCT’s system to simplify compliance management in any country they operate in — and with any standard that they may need to comply with.
Throughout 2025, we’ll continue to invest in international standards and build out our presence across our already existing footprint that spans six continents, so that we can ensure your enterprise organization has the full support you need to maintain compliance.
