So let’s face it, managing compliance sucks. It’s complicated, it’s so hard to keep organized, and it requires a ton of expertise in order to survive the entire process. Welcome to Compliance Unfiltered, a podcast dedicated to making compliance suck less.
Now, here’s your host, Todd Coshow, with Adam Goslin.
Well, welcome in to another edition of Compliance Unfiltered. I’m Todd Coshow alongside the pretzel to your compliance Nutella, Mr. Adam Goslin. How the heck are you, sir? I’m doing good, Todd. How about you? Man, I can’t complain that all things considered. Well, it’s that time of year again. Why don’t we kick this Thanksgiving episode off with a summary of what you’re thankful for, Adam? Well, at the end of the day, you know, really, you know, this time of year, you know, we post, you post articles and do things in the on the pod related to thankfulness for customers, partners, personnel.
So it’s no surprise we’re doing it again. You know, I do want to let the listeners know it’s not a formality for, you know, for TCT. You know, every day we’re extremely thankful for the opportunity that we have to serve our clients, to expand the reach to those in the security and compliance space. And it’s definitively a privilege that we don’t take for granted, you know, including the opportunity to, you know, to make new friends. Absolutely. Well, tell me more about how thankful you are for Europe. Well, last year, TCT expanded into Europe with an instance of the portal over there in preparation for being able to head out to the PCI EU conference this year in Dublin. And I’m really thankful that we were able to get out there, meet a whole bunch of new friends, new partners. You know, TCT now has clients in six continents. And this year, we had the first opportunity to meet face-to-face with our customers that we have in Europe. It’s always fun when we get to go out to a new location where people haven’t heard of us before. It’s had a run. It was nice. TCT was really welcome with enthusiasm, and it was a great privilege to connect up with so many new folks that we haven’t had the opportunity to chat with before. Indeed I know we’re eternally grateful for our clients and customers.
Why don’t you expand on that one? Well, the, the TCT clients have been absolutely amazing. I’m always you know, floored at How they’re, they’re often our biggest cheerleaders You know time and again our clients will go out of their way to tell other people about total compliance tracking when we were at the PCI conferences this year We have multiple clients that you know, just took it upon themselves to you know go and have conversations with Organizations that were doing things manually They know they introduced themselves You know told these folks about PCT portal and what TCT is like as an organization Which really fostered, you know sorts of discussions allowed us to extend that reach of helping others You know in it and it was unbelievably You know both humbling and rewarding to, to, to see that you know We have you know clients and partners that are willing to put forth that level of kindness You know many of the, the clients will even share their experiences with TCT as their shifting job So, you know, we’ve got a number of folks that have you know worked at one organization Interacted with TCT go to another organization and, and, and tell the new company, you know, hey, you know, you guys need really need to be talking to these guys You know get us introduced and you know and whatnot So, you know with TCT being founded on, on the notion of helping people It’s, it’s freaking awesome that we’ve got clients that join that mission spread the word about TCT what we do And they’re excited to share their experiences with the TCT portal You know and really what it’s like to you know to leverage a true compliance management system.
It’s, it’s great Indeed certainly our new clients play a special role Well, you know, it’s always rewarding to go in and help new client organizations overcoming their struggles of managing compliance. I mean, you know, when you’ve spent years in the trenches of compliance, it’s often difficult to have a vision to how, you know, compliance can get better. You know, you’re just so used to doing it the way that you do it. And that’s really where TCT shines is our ability to show organizations how to approach their compliance endeavors, you know, in a new way that saves them wasted time, useless pain, you know, all that fun stuff. And, you know, it’s just awesome watching the light bulbs go on with the, you know, with the new opportunities we have to introduce people to a better way so that they can claim back their time, gain control over, you know, over their compliance management, it is, it’s just really cool to see that unfold.
Indeed. Now, this is the point of the podcast where I get the opportunity to share one of the things that I’m thankful for, and that is our podcast listeners, the folks that are ingesting this episode right now, I cannot thank you enough for sharing your time with us and allowing us to share our time with you. If you heard our last episode, the hundredth that we did at this podcast, we spent a little bit more time going into depth about, you know, what those, those feelings are for us to know that you were able to share this time with you.
But if you haven’t, just know that from the bottom of our hearts, we do what we do because of you. And we’re thankful for that out of well, and you know, certainly, you know, certainly the last group, it not, not, yes, for sure. But the last, the last group to thank, you know, and that’s really our personnel. You know, I always feel, you know, feel indebted to the to the personnel at TCT. You know, I have huge gratitude for everything that they do. You know, these are these are folks that are all in on our mission. They the support that they give to our clients is, is pretty much unmatched. in other organizations. It’s really fun getting on existing client calls and just having them gush about how amazing the day by day folks are at TCT that kind of help them navigate the waters of compliance management. Our people have gone above and beyond to make this year a successful one. At major conferences as well as in their day to day activities and because of them, TCT portal is the best compliance management tool that you can find anywhere. And you’ve certainly got our promise to continually make that even better. No doubt.
Parting shots and thoughts for the folks this holiday week Adam. Well, the entire reason TCT exists is for helping others. I’m thankful for every day that we get to do it. TCT as an organization has been around for north of a decade, introducing organizations to a better way to manage their compliance. And we’ve got certainly a lot of exciting developments that are coming in the months and years ahead. And I’m hopeful that everyone will come along for the ride, continue to share their experiences with others that struggle managing their compliance. You’ll certainly be thankful that you did and I know that TCT will be as well.
