There’s nothing like a little perspective. This company literally started with four dudes in a room above a garage — three of whom are still actively involved in the business. Looking back on those early days, it’s humbling to see how far we’ve come. 

TCT Portal, our compliance management platform, is just a few months away from its ten-year mark as the software that makes compliance management suck less. It’s a milestone that I don’t take for granted. It’s incredibly difficult for any great software application to find a market and gain adoption by its user base — so there was never any guarantee that TCT Portal would make an impact in the compliance industry.

Ten years later, we’re more excited than ever about what’s on the horizon — thanks to our clients.

TCT is fortunate to serve the best customers on the planet, and we realize how important you are to our success — and to our future advancements. Thousands of organizations have benefited from leveraging the TCT Portal, and most of them have saved tens of thousands of dollars and hundreds of man-hours per year.

Our goal since day one has been to provide real and meaningful help to people — specifically, to make compliance management as easy as possible. Not every company gets to see their vision become a reality, but I’m truly thankful that we see it every day.

Intelligent Advancements Coming Up!

I’m also thankful for several elements that have been in play outside of TCT in the last year. Perhaps the one that gets the most attention is artificial intelligence. The capabilities of AI are just now beginning to be a viable inclusion into the complex world of compliance. The technology is becoming truly useful for advanced functions in the security and compliance space, and TCT is harnessing those innovations. 

TCT built a compliance management system when hardly any other systems existed. We have a foundation of innovating solutions that help people, and the latest advancements in AI — and our commitment to automated intelligence since 2015 — will make TCT Portal even more powerful for our customers.

To be completely transparent, TCT’s secret weapon isn’t our expert engineers, our amazingly efficient hands-on tech support, clever sales and marketing teams, or forward-thinking vision. It’s something no other compliance software company has: our customers.

When we started the company back in 2015, we took the feedback of our clients very seriously, integrating their requests for features and functionality into the TCT Portal. As I write this, TCT is engaging with a number of organizations that we serve, soliciting their input on the features and functions they want to see most in the next evolution of TCT Portal. Thanks to their input, TCT Portal will continue to further its commitment to deliver what our customers need most.

I’m unbelievably thankful for the partnership, enthusiasm, and collaboration we’ve seen from our clients. Their participation with TCT and their open feedback has been remarkable and incredibly generous. Together, we’re continuing to build the most valuable compliance management platform available. 

Expect to start seeing announcements in early 2025. TCT has been a major player in the compliance management space for a decade, and the table is set to go even further in the next decade.
