‘Tis the season for hearing holiday wishes — peace on earth, good will toward men, and joy to the world. In all honesty, as pleasant as those wishes are, more often than not, they ring hollow. The demands of the world don’t go away just because we’re taking a few days off. And if you’re a compliance professional, you may not even get time off. The world remains stressful and chaotic, even during the holidays.

At TCT, the holidays have special meaning, because our mission is to bring peace on earth (a.k.a. helping people) and joy to the compliance world. Our clients tell us we’re accomplishing our mission.

I was on a call just yesterday with a compliance manager. He was struggling to locate a certain document and couldn’t find it anywhere on his file system. It was driving him crazy and he was starting to get frustrated.
